📍 Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-8 working days depending on the shipping address and factors like public holidays or extreme weather.

  • In rare cases, delivery might take up to 2 weeks due to product availability.

  • For Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

✅ Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
💰 Rs. 99 charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

How do I track my order?

We ship orders via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your pincode.

What if my tracking status shows "Delivered," but I haven't received my order?

🚨 This is rare, as deliveries are often received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mail rooms.

📢 If you haven't received your order but got a "Delivered" notification, please inform us within 48 hours of the notification.

✅ We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and investigate. This process takes up to 10 working days.
❌ After 48 hours, we won’t be liable for any losses.
