Thank you for shopping with DesiBlend! We truly appreciate your trust in our products, which undergo strict quality checks before shipping. Your satisfaction means everything to us.

📧 For any exchange or return requests, please email us with your Order ID (e.g., DB-17110) at support@desiblend.com.

🚨 Important:

  • Please avoid sending multiple emails for the same query to ensure a smooth resolution.

  • Keep all communication within the same email thread.


Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges are only applicable for size issues.

Exchange Process:
1️⃣ Notify us via email within 7 days if you wish to exchange.
2️⃣ We will arrange for a reverse pickup (takes approx. 3 days).
3️⃣ Once received, we will conduct a quality check and dispatch the new product.

🔸 If the exchanged item has a price difference, the balance must be paid before dispatch.
🔸 Only one exchange per order is allowed.


Return Policy

All products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective item (wrong print, damage, stain, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email with proof. We will promptly replace the product.

Returns are not accepted as our products are made to order (custom-cut & printed).
❌ No return will be processed for super saver packs.


Cancellation Policy

🔹 Order cancellation is only allowed within 3 hours of placing the order.
🔹 After 3 hours, we begin processing, and cancellation is not possible.
